Fire Safety Recommendation Temporary

  1. Any person desirous to erect temporary structures over an area of 1000 Square Meters or more or where the congregation of persons is 2000 or more for the purpose of observance of festivities, holding commercial shows, melas, jatras, operas, temporary cinemas etc or premises where highly flammable or explosive materials are proposed to be used is required apply online to the designated officer of fire service (Authorized Member) of the jurisdiction before 7(seven) days of construction of the structure for Fire Safety Recommendation along with the documents(scanned copies) as mentioned under SL.No.3:

But if the temporary structures is proposed to be constructed over an area less than 1000 Square Meters and persons expected to be congregated is less than 2000 and where no highly flammable or explosive materials are proposed to be used, the erectors of temporary structures shall be deemed to be self-regulators in Form-I as per Fire Safety Recommendation issued by the designated Officer.
  3. Any person desirous to erect temporary structures to posses, sale or display of fire crackers is required to apply online to the designated fire service officer (Authorized Member) of the jurisdiction for Fire Safety Recommendation with following documents before 7 (seven) days of construction.
    In all such cases the applicant is not required to deposit any fees.

    List of Documents(scanned copies):

    1. Application being signed by Applicant.
    2. Applicant’s Photo ID proof like Voter ID or Aadhar or Driving Licence.
    3. Sketch map of proposed site with Layout, Means of access, Entrance & Exit Provision (self attested).
    4. Applicant’s Passport size photo.
    5. Applicant’s Signature.
