After obtaing Fire Safety Recommendation, the applicant can apply online for Fire Safety Certificate /NOC for Fire Crackers License for the said premises to the designated officer of the jurisdiction. After site inspection, the designated officer (Authorized Member) being satisfied about the conformity of the structures or pandal to the Fire Safety Recommendation issued earlier, the authorized member shall issue Fire Safety Certificate/NOC for a specific period in FORM –XVII.

It shall be lawful for the Authorized member or officer authorized by him to enter and inspect the structure or pandal to verify the correctness of the fire safety measures undertaken. Violation of conditions of certificate shall draw legal action as per rule-20 of OFP& FS Rules, 2017 .
